Ah, Here's the Media Res | Andor S1E4 | Dudes Daily
This episode's pretty good! Just a whiff of Marvel "well that happened" writing, but mostly it's functioning like good crime and spy fiction now. But it generally feels like a TV show now, which is nice; makes the meandering of the first three episodes feel even more superfluous. Maybe the show should have started here, or close to it.
