I'm open to the idea that I'm poisoned by living in the future, but both the extended chess metaphor and the treatise on lesbian cops were hard to watch.
The sequence where Lester goes to the boxing gym was interesting but really underdeveloped, feels right on the edge between light-touch characterization and not doing enough to sell the move. The kind of thing that probably won't make much sense until later.
The "Daniels is dirty" reveal feels like such an obvious red herring that I'm not even giving it space in my head.
